Each mould is identified by radio-frequency transponder. ( RFID ).
Each transponder (or tag ) has a chip with an exclusive number of identification
The software automatically recognizes when the mould is changed

BENEFITS:
- automatic detection of all production dates showed by on-line graphics
- possibility of connecting to a local network so that the production data can be checked from the offices
- possibility of SELF programming the data of the moulds in the casting machine, when they are substituted

Since the software automatically recognizes when a mould has been substituted, it creates a file in which are automatically registered:
1) Time and date in which the mould was inserted in production
2)Time and date in which the mould left the production
3)Number of soles produced for each mould
4)Etc.
