From now on we need,

1 - Signed contract including MFPA

2 - CIS of actual buyer

3 - Passport of principle

4 - Mandate authority to act on behalf of the Principle

Only then I will send it in for the USDPF comments and or acceptance.

If it is a Bank that is the Buyer we will need a signed contract stating the Banks name and Authority to act from the Bank for the one signing the Contract

I think this may make it easier to get a deal done.
