Sell Iranian Light Crude Oil(ILCO)We are the National Iranian Oil Company(NIOC)Affiliate Mandate. We have the direct contact with our seller and can supply at least 6000,000 Barrels of Iranian Light Crude Oil(ILCO)per month for a period of one year from Iranian South Port. Our Seller would like to deal only with the Refinery Owners or their Authorized Mandate and will not respond the chain of Brokers. Our Price Terms and Conditions, and the Procedures are as following:
Terms and Conditions:
Product: Iranian Light Crude Oil.
Quantity:6000,000 Barrels per month for a period of one year.
Quality: National Iranian Oil Company Standard.
Port of Delivery: South Port, Kharg Island, Iran.
Term of Payment: Irrevocable LC.
Price term: FOB Kharg Island, Iran.
Price: USD $1.50 Gross Discount- Below the price of Brent.1) Net Discount to Buyer $1.30 2) Sellers Commission USD $0.20(Paidby Buyer Irrevocable Commission Payment Order).
Procedures:
1) Buyer will issue Irrevocable Confirmed Purchase Order(ICPO)with Destination Port, Refinery, and Bank Information
2) Seller will Issue Full Corporate Offer(FCO)and send it to Buyer to Sign and Seal the related FCO and return it to the Seller to issue the Contract.
3) Buyer will Sign the related Contract and return it to the Seller.
4) Seller and Buyer Meeting will be arranged.
5) Buyer will issue Non-Operative Irrevocable, Transferable, Revolving Letter of Credit in favor of Seller for ILCO.
6) Buyer also will issue Non-Operative Irrevocable, Revolving Letter of Credit in favor of Sellers Mandate for its Commission.
7) Seller will issue %2 PBG that activate both Non-Operative LC of the Seller and Sellers Mandate.
8) 15 days before Lifting the NIOC or one of Subsidiaries Officer will provide lifting for the Buyer.
9) All Documents will be issued by the NIOC or one of the Related Officer.
If your buyer may accept those procedures please send us full ICPO along with Buyers Bank Information by Email.
