| LC EP 2 RT grease is a premium, state-of-the-art Lithium Complex grease. This multi-purpose Lithium Complex grease has a high dropping point in excess of 260C/500F, which insures good retention where high temperatures are encountered. LC EP 2 RT is formulated with a special additive package which insures high film strength, extreme pressure (EP) and anti-wear properties. The high quality virgin base fluids provide excellent natural oxidation inhibition, this combined with effective anti-oxidants as well as corrosion inhibitors provide extra stability under storage and extreme service conditions. Advantages: (1) Lithium Complex grease has higher temperature stability and dropping point than simple lithium greases. (2) LC EP 2 RT comes with extreme pressure additives (EP) to withstand high temperatures and excessive loading. (3) LC EP 2 RT also packed with rust preventives and anti-oxidants for extra stability for both under storage and extreme service conditions. (4) Additional of special polymer in LC EP 2 RT for extra tacky-ness would increase its film strength and adhesive properties. (5) Good resistance to water washout. (6) High quality virgin base oil provides excellent natural oxidation inhibition. (7) Good mobility for easy pumpability, even for distanced auto-lubrication system. (8) LC EP 2 RT meets national lubrication grease institute (NLGI) certification for GC-LB. Applications: (1) Use LC EP 2 RT on high temperature, relative high speed and presence of water is specified plus excellent adhesion on bearings is a concern. (2) Multi-purpose grease for lubricating bearings and joints in heavy industrial machineries. (3) Automotive (chassis and wheel bearing grease).
