It is clear that air is liquefied by the cryogenic process, then the liquefied air is separated into oxygen and nitrogen after rectifying two times in the rectification column by means of different boiling point of liquid oxygen and nitrogen and then making the products. Brief introduction of the flow process: Air is sucked through the filter and compressed by means of the air compressor to the working pressure and then after cooling and removal of oil and water in the oil-water separator, it from precooler enters into purifier for the removal of carbon oxide, moisture and acetylene. Then, the dry and purified compressed air, which is coming from the purifier, enters into heat exchangers installed inside of the cold box and exchangers heat with the return gas, by means of adiabatic expansion in the expander and throttling through the throttling valve, the air is liquefied. The liquid air is separated into oxygen and nitrogen after rectifying two times in the rectifying column. The oxygen and nitrogen pass through the heat exchanger transferring its cold, then the oxygen is led to the oxygen storage balloon and compressed to 14.7MPa by the oxygen compressor and then deliver it into oxygen charging device to fill oxygen cylinders ready for use, the nitrogen is run-off by the pipeline.
