Detailed Selling Lead Description

There are three processes that can be employed to manufacture carbon and graphite machinery, including mechanical forming, press-shaping, and casting forming. In the category of mechanical forming, there are the permeable graphite and impregnated impermeable graphite; the press shaping can be separated into compression molding and extrusion forming; and the casting forming can be processed under atmospheric pressure and compression. Carbon and graphite have unique physical and chemical characteristics.

The mechanical accessories that are made of carbon and graphite feature good thermal performance, small coefficient of linear expansion at (0.5-7) x 10-61/°C, high-temperature resistance, and good thermal conduction. The carbon or graphite accessory presents doubled mechanical strength under 2,500°C, and is respectively two and fours times stronger in thermal conduction than steel and stainless steel. It shows stable chemical properties in most conditions expect for the strong acids and corrosive alkalis, and will not be affected by oxidation of air at and below 400°C. The product density can reach to 1.98g/cm2, and the max compression strength is 200MPa. Low porosity, and the impermeable graphite takes up to 0.7%. The electric resistance can be as low as 6μm. Furthermore, the carbon and graphite will be impermeable after being impregnated. That is the impermeable graphite. Different injections will generate different chemical and physical properties. For example, carbon and graphite accessories that are impregnated with PF resins are suitable to use under the conditions below 130°C, and compatible with most mediums expect the strong acid and corrosive alkalis; the carbon and graphite accessories that are impregnated with furan resin can be used under the conditions below 200°C, and able to resist the corrosion of slightly strong alkalis like sodium hydroxide; sodium-silicate impregnated carbon and graphite accessories has higher oxidation and temperature resistant capability, whose normal operation temperature can reach to 400°C. And the PTFE impregnated accessories are able to resist the corrosion and oxidation by strong acids, alkalis, and oxidants. Because of the disinfiltrating characteristic, this PTFE impregnated carbon and graphite becomes the best anti-corrosion lining.

The graphite products including various graphite electrodes, carbon/graphite bearings, graphite bumps, graphite seals (piston ring, stator ring), vacuum bump blade, board of electric scooter, graphite dies, casting dies, metallurgical die and guide plate of high-energy fuel cell. It can be manufactured upon the drawings provided by or requirements by customers.

Application scope:
Permeable carbon and graphite are used to produce the chemical electrodes, boards of electric scooter, electric die, metallurgical dies, guide rails, rolls, heater, graphite single crystal furnace, graphite crucible, precision-casting graphite mould for military use, and nozzle core of petrol drill head. The resin-impregnated impermeable graphite can be used in the chemical exchangers, anti-corrosive equipments, pipelines, pump valve, oil pump, and anti-corrosion lining. The resin-metal-impregnated carbon is widely applied as the bearings to paper-making, lumbering, textiles, foods, pharmaceutics, and other grease-free locations. Metal-impregnated electro-graphite is used to make the piston rings of gas compressor, dosage pump, vacuum pump and blades of dispensing pump.

Packing:
Products are packed in wooden and iron case, if they are large; and carton, if they are small
