TCS Quality & Productivity Sdn Bhd1.1 history & background We are an established company which has track records in providing management consultancy and training services of ISO 9001/14001, ts 16949, human resources, turnaround management, benchmarking including marketing of ISO integration & benchmarking software, employment services as head hunter & etc for more than 13 years. The training services are including conducting outbound courses like team building, motivation, mind mapping, strategy thinker & etc. We have others core related business lines as below: 1. Outbound training cousrses cum family day by providing and managing holiday accomodation at port dickson and other areas within Malaysia & other countries. We have various accommodation packages to suit/cater for the budget of individual holiday makers, organizing companies/goverment staff meeting and seminar function and as well as company annual trip/family day, providing team building & motivation courses for company, outbound training courses and coordinating rooms accommodation for training company & travel agency. 2. One stop center for all the indiviual and business insurance needs for both life and general, our director is registered agent for aia and aig. 3. We are the manufacturer of kitchen cabinet for both home and office use. 4. We provide services as student counselor for pre & on-site registration for all oversea student enrollment into local private university college to pursue their a-level, diploma and degree courses, arranging transportation from klia to the campus and accommodation with competitive pricing. 1.2 our vision Total customer satisfaction will ensure long term business relationship with all the happy customers. 1.3 our mission To deliver a consistent services/product quality that met or exceeded our customer expectations. The product/service is fit in the intended application(s). The product/service is priced right and competitively. The product/service is delivered on time and when needed. The product/service total life-cycle cost is economical to the user. The product/service works satisfactorily, and without any failure during its normal lifetime. The product/service is eco-friendly. The product/service is packaged properly and attractively. If the product/service fails, it is repaired/replaced quickly. Queries and complaints are handled promptly and politely. 1.6 our director profile Simon teoh Mr. Teoh graduated with a bachelor of art on 1987, bachelor of art (hons) majoring in industrial psychology on 1988 and master of arts in psychology on 2003. All the degrees were from universiti kebangsaan Malaysia. He is the managing director cum business development director for tcs quality & productivity sdn bhd. He has 15 years of providing hands on consulting plus training workshop regards to implementing ISO 9001, ISO/ts 16949 quality management system, ISO 14001 leading to the certification, productivity & quality improvement, benchmarking, turnaround management, occupational safety & health and human resource management that bring the desired result for customers.
