We are a Sino-Singaporean joint venture between Shandong Sansu Group and Lobb Heng Pte Ltd, with production and sales centralized at our company. We specialize in the manufacture of plastic decorative building materials and plastic impervious materials suitable for the construction and agricultural industries. Main products include PVC stretch films for lamp case membrane, big shed membrane and salt membrane, suffocating membrane and waterproof roll materials series. At present our factory is equipped with a set of advanced 4 roller calendaring machines made by the Taiwanese Forward company, which have a production capacity of 8,000 tons of membrane each year. In addition, we also have a complete PVC flooring production line imported from Germany. This machinery is used to manufacture various PVC floorings, bed paving and waterproof materials, all of which have been warmly received in both the domestic and international markets. In August 2000, we obtained ISO9002 quality standard certification, which complements the strict QC system we have implemented. We have also established various institutions for training of personnel, an equipment management and maintenance schedule and other programs designed to improve overall product quality and factory management.
