Hengzhuo Hardware FactoryEstablished in 1995, Hengzhuo Hardware Factory is a private enterprise. Our main products are lighting decorations, furniture fittings, gift accouterments and various hardware accessories. With outstanding technology and excellence staff, we can research, design and manufacture all kinds of alloy products. Meanwhile, we deal with mold-making, die-casting, broaching, rubbing and all the working procedures that needed in hardware production. We are especially good at making die-casting products and molds in zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, and lead alloy. Our workshop is 2,200 square meters, in which we now have a 280MT cold die-casting machine and 6 suits of hot die-casting machines (one suit of 220MT, 88MT and 38MT, three suits of 160MT). In the mold-making department, we have a lathe, a grinder, a saw machine, a digital milling machine, two discharge machines and two normal milling machines. We can design and manufacture according to costumers' requirements. In order to supply high quality products, good service and timely delivery, we are striving to pass ISO9001-compliance evaluation.
