Jiabang Electronic & Plastic ManufactoryEstablished in 1992, Jiabang Electronic & Plastic Manufactory specializes in plastic and electronic processing. Located in Dongguan City of Guangdong Province, we now have advanced equipment and have set up efficient administrative systems. We have mould plastic department, electronic department as well as oil-blowout moving printing and silk printing department. Our standard office building is 2500 square meters, and dormitory building 2000 square meters, a vacant lot of 2500 square meters as well as a warehouse for material and finished products. 1) The mould plastic department: There are 10 brand-new imported injection moulding machines: one 3-color, two 25.7 An Shi, one 17.3 An Shi, one 5.6 An Shi, two 1.5 An Shi, one 8.2 An Shi, upright two 1.5 An Shi. ) What's more, 180W generating set and perimeter installation is provided. 2) The electronic department: There is a high cycle machine, an ultrasonic washing machine, a suction moulding machine, a circumfluent welder for patch, a hand-submerging tin furnace, two data testing room as well as five production lines of 33meters. 3) The oil-blowout department: There are free-dust big or small gun oil-blowout shops, 12 cooling cabinet oil-blowout places, 24 groovelike oil-blowout places, 5 moving printing machines as well as a few silk printing machines. 4) Measuring instruments: There is a measuring projector, 5 tensile force meters, 20 high-frequency oscilloscopes, 15 low-frequency oscilloscopes, 2 data signal generators, 20 low-frequency signal generators, 6 high-frequency signal generators, one distorted instruments, 2 stereo signal generators , 2 torsion meters and DC power sources. Besides the hardware, we also have set up efficient administration systems in every department. The processes of garnering in, producing and garnering out are quite clear.
