Tongxiang Laiou Hometextile Manufacturing Co., Ltd.Tongxiang Laiou Hometextile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 2005 as the sales department of Tongxiang SiXinYuan (hereafter referred as SXY) Home Textile Co., Ltd. and Tongxiang Meilai Home Textile Co., Ltd. which is a 20,000-square-meter manufactory built in last winter and will be put into use on around May 20, 2006. We aim to be a professional supplier for home textile wholesalers and retailers at the global market. We have been specializing in producing all kinds of bedding products, such as mulberry silk duvets, duvet covers, fitted sheets, bedding sets, pillows, cushions, polyester blankets and other custom-made items according to customers' requirements for many years. Among all the above products, mulberry silk duvet is our main preponderant one as our factories are situated in Tongxiang city, the hometown of mulberry silk in Zhejiang province. Mulberry silk had been applied in the ancient imperial palace for centuries and has come into being people's favorites in recent years because of its natural characteristics. It is a type of animal protein fiber which contains 18 kinds of amino acids, featured with softness, lightness, breathablility, mites-free and gives people a sense of luxury and extravagance. We have workers hand made the duvet in order to well maintain its features. Plus high quality cotton or silk bedding set, it becomes desired product for lots of people. We currently have about 100 employees and 60 automatic sewing machines in a 5,000-square-meter workshop. The production capability will increase greatly next month when the new factory Meilai is put into use. We carry out a very strict quality inspection and management system from material choosing, cutting, cover stitching, stretching and all the way to packing. Moreover, specific persons are pointed to supervise different parts in the whole process. With the previous 5-year development, we have grown up to be one of the top suppliers in home textile industry due to our production scale, advanced processing line, customer-oriented services and product quality guarantee.
