Shanghai Songjiang Sheshan Miniature Bearing FactorySet up in September 1986, our plant is located in the Songjiang district of Shanghai, and occupies 20,000 square meters; with 9,500 square meters used for production. We currently employ a total of 480 employees, including 60 professionals. Our corporate management philosophy is "Maintain human resources as priority, simplify company infrastructure, and optimize overall efficiency". As a joint-venture company with a registered capital of USD250,000, our current monthly production capacity is 2,500,000 to 3,000,000 sets, and sales income is around USD4,350,000. We use various kinds of production equipment, such as 3M323 bearing groove super-precision grinding machines, CGX supersonic washing machines and over 200 inspection instruments. These also include the DP001 semi-automatic miniature bearings assemble machines, the S09010B bearing vibration testing machines and talyrond circularity machines. The inner diameter of our bearings range is from 3mm to 17mm, and is composed of GCr15 or stainless steel. We use steel from the Shanghai No.5 steel plant, and are able offer a lifetime guarantee for our products.
