SUN&SEA Telecommunications Co., Ltd.Established in 1994, SUN&SEA Telecommunications Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise which specializes in research and development (R&D), manufacturing, marketing of communications equipment. Headquartered in Shenzhen city, China, SUN&SEA has a total staff of 1200, more than USD 15 million fixed assets and USD 50 million gross assets. We provide a full range of physical connectivity products and solutions, including audio Main Distribution Frame (MDF), Digital Distribution Frame (DDF), Optical Distribution Frame (ODF), intelligent cabling, power distribution system and slot management system. We are also researching outdoor communication solutions, providing shelters, outdoor cabinets, base station accessories, etc. In the end of 2003, SUN&SEA established the joint venture with IDG Technology Investment Fund (USA). With 10 years' professional technology and engineering experience, SUN&SEA domestic market occupation rate ranks first and becomes one of the leading suppliers in splicing and distributing wiring system. We have more than 40 patents and set up the joint laboratory with the government which focuses on researching of connectivity. There are 28 sales and engineering service offices in domestic China. We have set up two oversea branches: Russia office and North-America office, and our overseas market has already extended to 20 countries, such as Russia, America, Korea, Nepal, Yemen, Vietnam, Pakistan, India, Nigeria, etc. We also have good cooperation with well known telecom equipment manufacturers, such as Alcatel, SIEMENS, Huawei, ZTE, etc. The revenue of SUN&SEA is up to 42,000,000 USD in 2004. At present, SUN&SEA owns five professional manufacture facilities covering 20000 square meters, including workshops for over-molding, stamping and assembly, divisions for optic fiber products, subsidiary factories for manufacturing of cabinet, RF connectors, and joint venture with KITAMURA (Japan) which devoted to outdoor shelter products. Besides, the new manufacture base, occupying 41000 square meters, will be completed at the end of 2005. SUN & SEA began to implement the ISO9000 quality control system in 1995. In 2002, we obtained ISO9001 international quality system certificate issued by BSI. In 2003, we passed the verification of international Quality System ISO9001 organized by TLC.
