Our company has five subsidiary companies, which are Zouping Copper Mining Co., Ltd., Zouping Minbo Power Source Co., Ltd., Zouping Mingxing Chemical Co., Ltd., Zouping Mingyang Trade Co., Ltd., and Shandong Geological Examination Engineering Company. The nickel cadmium and nickel hydrogen rechargeable batteries and chemical products produced by these companies have been exported to many countries and regions. Shandong Zouping Mingbo Power Source Co., Ltd., completed and put into production in 2001, is a hi-tech enterprise at the provincial level. It is equipped with the most complete and advanced production lines of nickel-cadmium and nickel-hydrogen rechargeable batteries in China, with daily output of 100,000pcs of batteries. Its products are widely used in various fields such as communication stations, wireless phones, telegraph transmitters, fire production, emergency lighting, electric shavers, fire alarms, electric tools and toys, instrument industry and military industry. At present, it has the capability to produce high-temperature and environmentally friendly batteries. The company passed the authentication of ISO9001 in 2002 and the Germany Rhine TUV Safety Certification in 2003. Its batteries have been exported to Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, Middle Asia and Europe market. Shandong Zouping Mingxing Chemical Co., Ltd., set up in 2002, is the pilot-scale experiment base of UNILAB Research Center of Chemical Reaction Engineering, Zhejiang University. It has established long-term technical cooperation relationship with Shandong University and Shandong University of Technology. This company mainly produces 1,3-propanediol, 1,3-dichloropropane, 1,3-dibromopropane, AD-67 (MON4660), 1-bromo-2-methylpropane, bromochloromethane, 3-chloro-1-propanol, dichlormid, diallylamine, allyl alcohol, allyl acetate, 3-bromo-1-propanol, 1-bromo-3-chloropropane, triallylamine, N,O-Bis(trimethylsilyl)acetamide [BSA], allylamine, anhydrous sodium acetate, 2-chloropyridine, 2-amino-5-methylpyridine, 2,6-dichloropyridine, 2-amino-6-methylpyridine, and 1,4-dichlorobutane. It is the only company that produces 1,3-propylene glycol in China. Many of its products have been sold to America, Germany, New Zealand, India, Korea, Japan, Belgium, Taiwan region, and Southeast Asia.
